You are a valued contributor on other boards so we are lucky to have you over here.  Great feedback on the C-O ramp-up.  I was wondering if they were sandbagging their start up dates but it does not sound like that is the case.  I did not know you were of Argentinian descent.  My wife's family was born in Argentina so she translates a lot of local articles for me and keeps me up to speed on the local politics & economics.  I look forward to visiting one day.  Welcome again.  GO LAC!!
