Personally, I appreciated your "rant", Clifford, but I am glad to see you have moved the topic over to the Off Topic Forum.  I have frequently heard from friends who are against government supplements to the EV industry similar comments about how unfair it is for the government to supplement buyers of EVs.  As you pointed out, they never seem to acknowledge the huge subsidies that governments have supplied to ICE manufacturers for over a hundred years.  I will follow your lead, Clifford and take it over to the Off Topic Forum.  Thanks!
