More on the issue of local opposition to geothermal plants in Nevada. Not sure if it has a direct bearing on local opposition to projects like Thacker Pass, but the environmental aspects are the same: sage grouse, sage and possible Native American artifacts and/or burial grounds. Same song, different verse.
