I forgot to mention that my multiple efforts at posting the same message were due to the fact that I saw no logical reason for the post not to be accepted in the first place.  I thought that there must be some sort of glitch with Agoracom and so that is why I kept trying to repeat the same posting, hoping that the "glitch" was only temporary.  

I usually go back and review my posts within that 5 minute window, but in this circumstance I did not do that review since in my mind none of the efforts to post the message had successfully resulted in the message actually being posted so there was no reason to do a review.

OK, enough about that.  Just part of the learning  curve and something for each member to remember if they also get a message about their own post attempts that the post is unacceptable, that message may be a misdirectin play and false!
