"Feb 25 (Reuters) - Lithium Americas Corp (LAC.TO) on Friday said it expects a U.S. federal court to rule by the end of September on whether it can build the Thacker Pass lithium mining project in Nevada."

Not exactly welcome news by a long shot.  Moving the goal post again.  Just another frustration, but overall it isn't so unusual in the mining business.  Guess we will see more Yo Yo activity on the share price until "the end of September", if the court really does rule by the end of September.
