That news came from nowhere.  But it is a smart move if one thinks about it. The only question for shareholder will be how much shares will be allocated to each current LAC shareholder? Gang has a lot to do with it ofcourse. Where do $500 mil on the book go? Will they be split ? So many questions…

Personally I would like to see LAC shareholder awarded with new company shares, worse situation for me personally if GANG simply buys out Argentina part, that would give LAC management huge amount of money but would not de-risk our investment (but opposite). Thoughts?
