Pavel, there is no question that you can sometimes be a burr under the saddle and "ascerbic" can be a descriptive term that just begins to cover some of your pushing the envelope posts from days gone by, but I have to agree with you on this one.  I don't see the foul.  Jeff, our Agoracom Administrator, has been a pretty fair adjudicator on these things.  You might take your plea up with Jeff.

Thankfully, LAC continues today on it's climb out of the swamp.  Hope to see some time above $30 a share next week, but we are still along ways from those previous heady days of $42 a share last year.
