rkeeb- What do you suspect is the reason for the potential spin-off? I agree it's likely a done deal. How do you see this spin-off structured? I simply can't understand why this point is not being discussed more in-depth. We, as investors have been touting Jon's management skills. Jon has incorrectly referred to LAC as being a "major" lithium company. LAC has the potential but is certainly not currently until they start producing. So how does this spin-off or maybe a better term would be "break-up" mesh with being a major lithium supplier?

rkeeb-Maybe I am misunderstanding the spin-off. You say, "I trust management on this one". Aren't you concerned with who will be managing what asset? And maybe a little concerned with which asset are you going to own moving forward?
