Thanks for your input Okiedo, you put a lot of time into this hub and it's appreciated.
To answer your question regarding the exit strategies. I don't have a grasp on what's going to be left after the split. I believe this will happen in some shape or form. There is no reason whatsoever to mention this unless this is in fact their intent. But on the big picture, it would have to be when supply is getting near demand. I think this will be in the 8-10 year range.
Jon Evans is important and I only suspect he will remain with the North America asset. I do think they will expand within the US and possibly Canada and the future would be plagued with regulations and misguided greenies but ultimately bright.
I can see selling off shares of South America before North America but if for nothing else it's to support North America. I'm hoping there will be an upside for both upon the split.
I think you have very conservative and reasonable estimates on your 10 year SP target.
