I don't subscribe to Bloomberg so I can't read the whole article, but the contributor R.F. from TOB made the following observation - "OK. It the Bloomberg Defense Production Act article, just out. All good for low interest critical minerals loan. Not so good, at the end of the article. "this does not speed up mine permitting."

Too bad about the permiting timeline, but still this Act has got to help.
