Welcome @HC Andersen (aka as @Anonymous on TOB) I think. I enjoy this type of summary and analysis. As you say lots can happen to impact the schedule you propose. Personally I would add about a year to the numbers you suggest starting in the 2025 timeframe because I think TP Phase 2 permiting wil be another arduous journey. Still, it boggles the mind to think of the future market cap potential.
