Hey AXP. I do not believe that the Reno-Sparks Indian Colony and the Burns Paiute Tribe dropped out of the case. They voluntarily dropped their Appeal to the Court of Appeals for the 9th circuit. That was in regards to Judge Du denying their claim for a preliminary injunction. 4 of the 5 plaintiffs filed Motion for Summary Judgments that were due yesterday. The only group that did not file a summary judgment yesterday was the People of Red Mountain “the people”. They are the ones that recently got rid of Will Falk and have until 5/2 to file substitute counsel. Judge Du will rule favorably to our cause on or before the end of August by my estimate. GO LAC!!
