Why is the Green Technology Metals share price on ice today? (fool.com.au)

Note: I tried to post this over on the Discussion Forum as a follow up on ElithX's post about LAC acquiring a small stake in this Canadian lithium hard rock mining company, but for some unknown reason every time I attempted to post it I ran into a road block and was not allowed to proceed.
