Does anyone remember the statement from Judge Du earlier this year about how she wanted to wrap things up in time for the "construction season" in Nevada?

I am writing this note with only about an hour left in the month of April here in Northern Nevada.  It is rapidly approaching 1 May in 1 hour and a handful of minutes.  I have news for Judge Du:  The "construction season" has already come.  Judge Du, you live in Washoe County and I have a very simple question for you:  

When you drive to work at the Federal Courthouse each morning.... just how many Orange Cones to you pass at highway and/or street construction signs as you go on your way to work, eh?????

The old saw about Justice is Blind may or may not be true, but you would have to be blind not to see how much construction of roadways, new homes and new apartments is currently "under construction" here in Northern Nevada and specifically in Washoe County where the 2nd District U.S. Court will decide this case regarding Thacker Pass and LAC.

The link below is for roadwork construction in all of Nevada as per the Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT), but if you focus on that listed for I-80 and check on a map where that construction is not only taking place at this moment, but in many cases has been going on for some time then you can confirm that here in Northern Nevada the "construction season" has already started and the start was quite a while ago.

I can't help wondering if, in reality, Judge Du meant to say that she would wind thing up on her decision on the Thacker Pass question AFTER the 2022 "construction season" was over?
