Hey Okiedo.  You must have missed it but Judge Du posted a signed filing on 3-11-22 that set a new trial schedule with a target Q3 ruling.  LAC updated shareholders around the same time.  In this filing, Judge Du was clear that she will be unable to rule on the case prior to the 2022 construction season.  In my opinion, the delay was caused by the plaintiffs and some procedural filing mistakes by the BLM. I don't blame Judge Du at all. The case will not be decided until late August or into September in my opinion. We then will immediately go into an appeal phase.
