OK, so it was a decision by Judge Du, but only in regards to the denial of requested sanctions against BLM by the RSIC ( Reno Sparks Indian Colony ) and for a default judgment to stop Thacker Pass.

Bottom line is that Judge Du has not decided the full case dealing with LAC's attempt to start construction of the proposed Thacker Pass lithium mining site.  Looks like the calendar has not changed on that decision, probably still in August or September.

So, today's action is limited to shutting down the RSIC request for slapping down BLM and denying a default judgment about the bigger issue of Thacker Pass.

Game is not over.  We are still in the pre-game activities.  The bigger questions have still not been answered.
