Scads of articles have been written about Vehicle to Vehicle functionality as one of the fancy plus future features of EVs.  Ford has done more than just write about it in the future tense.  Ford has brought V2V down and dirty to the "Real World" with its F 150 Lightning Pick Up Truck, a truck that does something that no other pick up truck can do:
