Yes it is a bit uphill, but seen from the positive side, inflation is starting to stabilize and thus interest rates will also fall. It's just positive for development companies, even though Lac has cash, they are still referred to as such. We are waiting and waiting ............ for the good news. Well, here in Denmark it is doomed summer, and we enjoy the weather with the accompanying barbecue and a little cold beer and cold rose, of course from California.
