WB DT shines light on the judicial process relative to LAC's case in Federal Court

On TOB, WB DT posted the following succinct comment, worthy of repeating on our Agoracom LAC Hub:

"The case is not complete yet. Final plaintiff filings are due on 7/12 and final defendant filings are due in 8/11. Nothing can happen until late August but more than likely into September. Judge Du is not delaying the case."

WB DT, always appreciated! So, plaintiff filing is rapidly approaching the deadline. Nice to know that target date will probably not be pushed further out.
