"@Daniel It means this is the final summary of his case, and Judge Du will await the final summaries from the rest of the plaintiffs (she probably already has them because they were all due 12 July), and then BLM and LAC's final responses before 14 Aug, and then rule."

I appreciate that reference to 14 August for LAC's final response. 

Also appreciated was the comment of WB DT here on this Hub:  "Hey Roy. These are the same arguments he and the other plaintiffs have presented since their initial filings in the spring of 2021. Nothing new to see here."

Hopefully this melodrama will come to a successful end for LAC "soon", as in sometime before Thanksgiving?  Time to put this Turkey to bed and move on to the construction start date for Thacker Pass, the REAL construction start date that is.
