My apology to Neil, who certainly did present detailed information about the possible split outcome for the legal case before Judge Du.  I believe WB DT may have made comments previously about the possibility of a split decision as well.  Anyway, all possibilities remain open for now and we are all condemed to twiddle our thumbs and wait for the decision, as if we were all at ringside in a world championship heavy weight fight at the end of round 12 and just waiting for the judges to render their decision in a hard fought controversial pugilistic confrontation that could "go either way".
