I don't believe it's listed yet as endangered, but it could very well be in the near future. Yes, that pesky flower is going to be a big issue with Ioneer's project. They've done a lot apparently to protect the little guys but of course not enought for environmentalists. That's why these projects all come down to final federal permitting, and this is where I believe LAC will come out well in front of Ioneer.
