Just curious, should TP fall just because BLM made a process error, would LAC be eligible for a damages payment from the federal governement? 

This used to be about indians and some virtual sacre place and place, where indians got killed by "federals". It seems to me, that these 2 are no longer an issue and the only relevant claim here is that BLM has not produced sufficient volume of paperwork to support the approval.

Completely leaving aside, that this is probably the greenest mine operation in the USA. Should TP be in jurisdiction of China, the mine would alread pass half of its production life and no question asked....
