I don't doubt that before it's all said and done we'll be looking back at a series of further minor delays. Like you say, it is clearly the nature of the beast. From what I understand, LAC doesn't intend to begin major construction efforts until after the winter. Any initial work would done over the winter would be site preparation which hopefully can proceed even in winter conditions.
