Chart- MA 200- $27.56 continues to provide daily support for LAC SP.

Unfortunately in such a bad market condition if Judge’s decision would come out tomorrow – LAC might jump to $ 34 but no more than that. DOW’s Red waves keep pushing stocks down across the board, thou we all take a positive decision at this point.

 I kind of got tired of listening to all gloom and doom predictions of next year recession and decided to calculate for myself what would happen to SP if we hit a Real One as we did in 2008.

So applying percentages and approximate numbers of the previous recession in 2008:

2022 DOW high approx.. 36000; 2008 DOW high approx. 14000, 2008 low – 8000

  36000 x 8000 : 14000 = approx. 20571

So, DOW needs to, or will go to approx. 21000 during the next real recession !!!! WOW, we have another 10000pt to fall.

NASDAQ numbers do not look too much better :

16000 x 1500 : 2700 = 8888, let say approx. 8900. Another 3500 pt. to fall !!!

How will LAC SP do if we hit a real snag next year?! The good news – if a Real recession will not happen then DOW correction is only 1000 away to 30000.

2023 will be very challenging for investors, Europe and ordinary people. Investing and casing the profits will be the key for everyone according to his/her financial goals and personal situation.
