Yes, thanks for this assessment. I was kind of thinking the same thing but I've tended to be behind on issues relating to the appeal so I appreciate you tracking the case much more closely than me. It's hard to believe that we may finally be at the inflection point where we can just start talking about the value of the projects and the conpany without a huge asterix.
