Final briefings were lodged 11th August - 5 weeks ago. No decision on oral arguments has been notified (i.e. nothing logged on PACER).

It is only LAC that has requested oral arguments - not BLM or the Plaintiffs. I would expect oral arguments will only be scheduled if the judgement might be adverse to LAC/BLM. Otherwise, there would be no point.  So I take it as a mild positive that nothing has yet been agreed or notified.

I can't see this dragging into October. The issues in the case are important, but not complex.
