Based on my reviews of the documents (company website and financial filings on SEDAR), Ganfeng owns the 11.1% of the basic shares outstanding (134.596MM) referenced in the presentation and that refers to Ganfeng's ownership in LAC (independent of Ganfeng's ownership in Minera Exar).

However, there is one fine tuning point which is that there are Deferred Stock Units (1.133MM), Options (0.238MM) and Performance Share Units (0.766MM) which collectively bring Ganfeng's ownership to below 11.1% (i.e., ~10.9%) on a fully diluted basis since they are in the money from what I can tell.
