Yes, but LAC in their SEDAR filings said shortly thereafter the August 11th filings (leaving it more open ended).

Judge Du never responded to the August 11th request by LAC for Oral Argument or the Request for moving the Snails to an Endangered Species.

The latter she will probably ignore since it is not her purview and the former I take as a good sign since she may feel it is not necessary if she was going to side with the BLM and LAC.
