To the best of my knowledge, Judge Du never went on record saying she would rule on the case by the end of Q3. That timeframe originally came from LAC management in a press release and then they started to walk back that committment this summer.  

There first update was "briefings scheduled to be completed August 11, with a final decision expected shortly thereafter".

I am personally surprised Judge Du has not ruled yet but agree this delay tends to favor a positive ruling for LAC. I am going to try and remain cool in October but will start to get loud if Judge Du does it rule by the end of this month. GO LAC!!
