Not atypical for any judicial process.  Time is a concept to the judiciary completely devoid of its meaning to those not wearing the black robe.  More FOG.  All that speculation preceeding this notice today, 6 October 2022, turns out to be just WAG on the part of anyone who has prognosticated with Papal infallability as to the certainty of Judge Du's decision release date.

Judge Du has had the last laugh on all of us.

Who is to say that that much maligned "Goal Post" won't be kicked down the road even farther once 10 AM in Court Room 5 on 5 January 2023 becomes a reality?

Now, just wait until tomorrow on TOB when all of the many posts will proclaim that the delay is on the part of Judge Du to move a decision past the November mid-term elections and for political reasons.  There will be so many posters who will swear that is what has happened.  My own opinion is that this is just how our judiciary works.  Delay upon delay is almost in the DNA of the "judicial process".

What a laugh.  We were all fooled into believing that 2022 would reveal how the bones were rattled, the tea leaves were laid out in the bottom of the cup and just what the Ouija Board reavealed about Thacker Pass and the Bureau of Land Management.

Surprise!  Judge Du was oblivious to all of that noise.

Onward (?) through the FOG.

On second thought, maybe much earlier this year when Judge Du made a reference to making a decision "before the start of construction season" she was referring to the 2023 construction season???

It is wha it is.  Live with it!
