Wow, in this unexpected 3 month gap between now and January it is really encouraging to think that the DFS might slide into that time slot in order to ameliorate the hemorrhage in the Share Price caused by knee jerk selling due to the delay in the judicial process, regardless of whether it is just the typical way that the judicial clock is wound or due to some other speculative less noble cause.  It doesn't matter, the important thing is that some  genuine positive factor might occur in that time gap.

I share the opinion of others on this Hub that the ROD judicial decision does, most likely, delay any DOE positive decision on the proposed DOE loan to LAC and that that delay may also have a delay effect upon LAC announcing any specific split into North and South American separate entities.  It is what it is, but I won't look a gift DFS in the mouth should it be announced during the hiatus of the next 3 months.
