I disagree with this statement. I am fully supportive of Laura Granier requesting oral arguements in this case. The replies had page number limits so I am sure the LAC team wanted to make additional arguments but they were unable to make them fit in the briefing reply.  In prior case oral arguments, Laura was running circles around the other attorney's and I am sure she will do the same in January.  It is always best to be heard vs. being silent in a case like this. I look forward to the conversations on 1/5 and already have my popcorn ready to go. GO LAC!!
