Perhaps this is wishful thinking, but I do not believe the ATVM loan through the DoE is dependent on the outcome of the appeal. My impression is based on the many of the projects that just received grants yesterday are at various stages of development and permitting. 

However, I do believe the DFS will not come out until after the decision on the appeal. I think LAC doesn't want to risk any changes from the PFS creating a window of opportunity for further challenges.
