Pavel, sure payout would be big for a shareholder but tax consequences are not favorable for me or I assume for some people also. I would vote against it. That's how I feel today, tomorrow things in a world or my financial situation can be different and my vote would change accordingly .  I would like to enjoy a run in a LIT ( my abbreviation of LAC international) for a long time. There is a huge potential in Argentina. I and most long time investors bought LAC and Western Lithium because of Argentina. T-P just became a butter on a bread later on. Of cause today T/P is huge , still I want LIT in my portfolio for a long time.
