Unless I'm mistaken, or there are other risks I am not taking into account, why wouldn't we sell our LAC shares and but the equivalent in Arena since they are (at least as of Friday) selling at a 7-8% discount compared to the equivalent LAC shares that you will receive in Q3 once the buyout is finalized?

I suppose, LAC could back out of the deal and pay the break out fee is something catastrophic happens to Arena between now and Q3. Also the vote could in theory fail, but I think this is very unlikely, unless something unexpected comes up that cases shareholders to view the LAC deal as much too low. 

Buying LAC @ the equivalent of $25 CAD or about $18.30 seems like mighty tempting idea.

Anyways, just a thought. I'd image as we approach Q3 the spread between LAC and AN.V will decrease.
