Thoughtful post Jimmy, and thank you for sharing.

Bringing on new lithium production is hard, real hard. Exacerbated by most scaleable resources being in remote locations. This is why I think the lithium supply gap will grow, not reduce, and prices will continue to trend up, not down. The market doesn't believe that ofcourse, and therein lies the opportunity, IMO.

I think LAC is better placed than most to bring on new supply (experienced team/partners, strong balance sheet), but I have always been realistic on timing, and continue to be.

I do suspect the current SP is being held back somewhat over concerns that LAC might announce a dilutive capital raising to part fund TP. Institutions won't want to get caught off guard by that. I hope a capital raising isn't necessary, but we need to see the amount of the DOE loan, and get some clarity on the C-O production and revenues.

Personally I am going to wait for the separation, which is contingent on a few further milestones being achieved. I will reassess both entities at that point.
