Cal,   thanks for the explanation, as I could not find the info that I needed. But how does this square if LAC splits into 2 units? As of Dec. 19th last year there was only "1" LAC. In fact, can that previous arrangement of .0226/share of LAC be arguable, or would this be taken care of in any potential split??
