I would have thought Step 2 (Preliminary Term Sheet) will take weeks, not months. Step 3 (Conditional Committment Letter) will take several months. Loan should be closed by the end of year, I would think.

Hopefully the main terms of the Preliminary Term Sheet will be disclosed to the market.
