Not investing advice here, but I agree with you, which is why I have been slowly selling off my LAC shares to buy Arena when the spread is over 5-7% discounted. I now have half my LAC value in Arena. Hard to argue with a 5-7% discount. The only downside I can see is liquidity, SO YOU COULD SELL lAC, and then try to get into Arena but the price has since risen a few %, so I prefer to buy Arena first and then sell LAC. In my view as long as you intend to hold til the transaction is completed, it seems like a win win to me. Maybe there are other risks to this I'm not aware of, but I can't think of any, since I don't see any way the vote doesn't pass.
