Met with a representative of the company on 3/14 and they said that a "information circular" would be released in early May that would cover all the stock split details. Vote would happen in June and the split would occur in Q3. Assume this is still all on track and my guess is that these details will be released on Monday morning with the Q1 Earnings Release.
