Hey Okiedo. Great to have you back. Personally speaking, I am not worried about Dr. Yuan Gao. He is the vice-chairman of Pulead lithium but he no longer works directly for the company.  Dr. Gao is an independent board member for LAC and used to work with Jon Evans at FMC lithium.  It is my understanding that they go way back together. He currently lives in Colorado and received his PHD from the University of British Columbia. The CCP can influence anyone but I think Dr. Gao is in the clear.  

The major geo political challenge with the LAC board was Wang Xiaoshen and Ganfeng. It does not look like Ganfeng is divest their position in LAC so we will have to keep an eye on that.  

With that said, Wang is not standing for Re-Election to either of the new LAC boards so most of this China perception issue will be mitigated, post split.  Just my 2 cents.  GO LAC!!
