Thanks for posting that "12 questions...." article from the RGJ, Cal.  I had not seen it previously.  It is a very succinct review of the history and major factors surrounding the proposed LAC Thacker Pass Mine.  It serves as a quick read on both the controversy and the salient points of those promoting the project and those opposed to the project.

I would hope that one of our President's on this Discussion Forum would post it under the "President's DD" section.  How about it, President Cal?
