LAC just can not attract new investmnet right now. Why? 

 Is that becouse some investors would rather wait for separation to occur and then invest in the company of their choice? . I guess if someone does not want to wait three years with T-P construction and considers it "a dead money" thinking rather to invest in production Li facility then it might make sence. It is puzzling. God knows we have been patient with LAC.
