A good two cents in my opinion Pavel. And as we consider the liklihood or even possibility of Ganfeng aquiring LAAC outright, let's not forget that it's not just a business decision. After the criticism the Canadian government received by allowing Zijin Mining Group to acquire NeoLithium in Feb 2022 (I was a shareholder in NEO and was pretty ticked off), it seems to have changed its tune as to how it defines national security/interest, as is nicely desrcibed in the article below.
I'm not sure that Canada would approve the sale of LAAC to Ganfeng even if it was requested. Partnership is one thing, and Ganfeng and LAC have had a very beneficial partnership to date, but ownership is something else.
