Various persons have opined that subsequent to the Split, Gangfen will take a run at LAAC.

 In checking their recent results, They earned 24 Billion and have 2 Billion shares outstanding.  That means they earned $ 12 per share.  The stock sells at $ 6.00. What am I missing?   One negative appears to be Corporate Governance at 8 which is very bad.
