Can't stop thinking about what's holding Lac SP down.

Could it be Gangfeng selling out of its stock? My thought is that they are selling out because they are being squeezed down in their share of Lac US anyway, as GM will buy more and Gangfeng will then be diluted.

Therefore, if they sell well now, Lac's current SP will fall, and after the split the price will also be quite a bit lower for Lac A. Then Gangfeng can quietly buy up the new company until they have such a large share that they can come with a bid for all of Lac A, and then they sit on the entire majority for CO and the other companies, not bad. In round figures, it will probably be possible to acquire the new company for between USD 2 to 3 billion. After this, they will be able to earn a total of between USD 1 to 1.5 billion annually. Really hope that doesn't come true because then we've been wiped. Is it completely crazy? Really hope.
