don't know US legislation, but normally it is not illegal to sell your shares, but if you get above or below 5% it must be reported so that everyone knows the situation. Doubt whether it also applies at 10%. Ganfeng can't do anything to prevent them from being wanted in the US department because of the collateral problem.

I don't think they will sell at this low point, but when we approach GM max, it may well become a reality. It will probably come out.
