Waiting one more month is no fun. There are a few caveats in the August presentation, worth reading. (convertible notes..) 

I am glad SP bounced of the support of $16.50sh  mentioned a week ago. Now SP absolutely needs to get to $18.  It is old very strong support which has become a resistance now.
