Welcome aboard, Tom. All LAC investors will get a 50/50 split. It does not mean that each company, LAC and LAAC will perform the same.  If I were a new investor, I would allocate 70% of my money to LAAC and 30% to LAC/T-P. I think LAAC SP will appreciate faster next 12 months since it is a producing mine and showing production each quarter with positive revenue will do wonders for SP.

 But after 12 months as we begin to get closer to T-P   final phase construction, I would start selling some LAAC and buying more LAC.

By 2026 I  would have an equal amount of shares in both companies.
